Osmocel Si Silicone Hydroporous Foam is an all-in-one dressing that protects both skin and wound tissue. Absorbing excess exudate, this dressing provides the benefits of modern wound healing and encourages less frequent dressing changes.

• Superabsorbent layer (Bordered versions only) - Superabsorbent layer in bordered versions manages exudate, decreasing unecessary dressing changes
• Adhesive free backing - Enhanced MVTR that increases possible wear time
