Each of the following heads features a knurled built-in locking collar that requires one screw.

- Welch Allyn MacroView Plus Otoscope WA-238-3
- Welch Allyn PanOptic Basic Ophthalmoscope WA-118-2
- Welch Allyn PanOptic Plus Ophthalmoscope WA-118-3
*Please note: traditional 3.5v heads including the 11720 Co-Axial Ophthalmscope that do not have the built-in knurled locking collars are not compatible and will require the older style locking collars - WA-76700
